When you fill in one of the forms on our website, or contact us by email or telephone, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and any other information you supply.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. This is used in order to customise your experience and to supply us with more detailed information in the event there is an error.
We use the details you provide in order to contact you about any services that you have requested, to keep you up to date with the status of any ongoing services, to tailor the service you requested to you, and to provide you with a quote for a service you may have requested.
We only collect the information we need to provide our services, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

How do I withdraw my consent?
You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent for us to use, store, disclose or contact you, we may no longer be able to supply or complete the service that you initially requested (e.g. a HomeBuyer Report or valuation).

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so. We may also share your information with your estate agent, solicitor or key holder in order to complete the service that you requested from us.

Your data is stored securely within our data storage and databases, protected by security software and firewalls. Where we see necessary, we may also use encryption to keep your data safe.
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it to provide the service you requested and to meet our legal and professional obligations, including our obligations as a firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), after which it is securely deleted.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as review service providers, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information we are required to provide to them. Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Statement or our website’s Terms of Service.

Section 6 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Information provided to us through the website is secured using SSL/TLS encryption, which protects your information during its transmission from your computer to our servers. Our web server also uses a secure emailing system in order to contact you with a receipt in the form of a copy of the information submitted within the web forms.

By using this site and/or agreeing to our privacy policy and terms of service you are declaring to us that you are at least the age of majority (in most cases 18). You must meet the minimum legal contract age in order to use our services and other third-party services on our site.
