The company is run by its founder Martin Goode who has over 35 years experience in construction throughout the South of Scotland, Cumbria and Lancashire area. Working in association with similarly qualified and experienced professionals in the area.

Martin is a Building Surveyor member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has spent the past 20 years exclusively inspecting residential properties and reporting on defects. One big advantage of working from our home office is that our phone lines are open until 7pm weekdays and you will often get email responses late into the night.

As members of the RICS we have full professional indemnity cover and are Members of the Surveyors Ombudsman Service
